Woody Campfire is a country-folk singer who puts on a show with his dinkum tenor, trusty ukulele and swag full of songs.
Woody's songbook has been built up over three years of busking around the country. Before that, he'd spent two decades performing in music and comedy shows around the world.
That's given him a keen ear for what folks love to hear and road-tested the spins he tends to put on them. We're talking Australian country and folk classics, crowd-pleasing pop songs and singalong favourites. When the mood's right, he adds in a couple of his own fun story-songs.
With a repertoire of over 120 songs, he reads a room and gives it what it wants. Quiet background sets early, singalongs when the crowd warms up.
He recently earned the right to call himself "Australia's 2nd Best Busker" by placing second at the Australian National Busking Championships. He's also racked up festival shows including three Tamworth Country Music Festivals (NSW), Matsumura Blues Festival (VIC) and Woodford Folk Festival (QLD).
He's easy to work with, brings his own gear and is sure to leave your room in a good mood.
